摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink capable of improving cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat sink (100A) includes a base plate (11) to which a heat generation unit (12) is thermally connected, a plurality of bent metal plates (10A) formed by being bent and arranged over the base plate in parallel therewith and thermally connected to the base plate, an inlet (13a) on one of ends of the base plate into which a cooling fluid (CF) flows, and an outlet (13b) on the other end of the base plate from which the cooling fluid flows out. Then, gaps between the number of the bent metal plates (10A) and the neighboring bent metal plates form cooling fluid paths (15), respectively, and the cooling fluid flows from the inlet (13a) into an inter-plate path inlet (14a) formed by neighboring bent metal plates, flows through a cooling fluid path (15) formed by neighboring bent metal plates, and flows to the outlet (13b) from an inter-plate path outlet (14b) formed by neighboring bent metal plates.
