PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet, preferably used for cleaning a toilet stool, thrown away into the water, imparting necessary functions before and after thrown away into the water, respectively, and simply used without any special time and trouble for exhibiting the functions. SOLUTION: This cleaning sheet includes: a functional layer 1 provided with a functional material 1A having a predetermined function; an intermediate layer 2 stacked on both sides of the functional layer 1 and provided with intermediate sheets 2A, 2B having water decomposable or water soluble property; and an outer layer 3 stacked on both sides of the intermediate layer 2 and provided with water decomposable or water soluble outer layer sheets 3A, 3B. The intermediate layer 2 has more excellent water resistance than the outer layer 3, and when the cleaning sheet 10 is thrown away into the water, the intermediate layer 2 and the outer layer 3 are decomposed or dissolved so that the functional material 1A exhibits a predetermined function.
