摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an active matrix organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises a substrate, a switching thin film transistor and a driving thin film transistor, an interlayer insulating film, a first electrode, a bank, an organic light emitting layer, a second electrode, a first passivation film, an organic film, and a second passivation film. The substrate defines a display area comprising a plurality of pixel areas and a non-display area. The switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor are formed on the each pixel area of the substrate. The interlayer insulating film is formed on the substrate comprising the switching thin film transistor and the driving thin film transistor and exposes a drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The first electrode is formed on each pixel area of the interlayer insulating film and is connected to the drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The bank is formed around each pixel area of the substrate comprising the first electrode and comprises a reflection prevention pattern on the upper surface. The organic light emitting layer is divided into each pixel area on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the front surface of the display area which is positioned above the organic light emitting layer. The first passivation film is formed on the front surface of the substrate comprising the second electrode. The organic film is formed on the first passivation film of the display area. The second passivation film is formed on the first passivation film comprising the organic film.</p>
