The device has a metal element (11) comprising a main body part (111) connected to a grounding lead and a head part (112). A grounding identification element (12) is provided at a side (1121) of the head part of the metal element. The metal element comprises an installation part (113) which is extended from the side of the head part and connected to a metal material. The grounding identification element is installed on the installation part. The grounding identification element is provided with a through hole (122) for extending and passing the installation part
