According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a light source device comprising a light emitting diode (LED) chip with a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) or a resonant cavity light emitting diode (RCLED), wherein a directivity angle pattern of the light emitting diode chip is wider than that of the vertical cavity surface emitting layer or the resonant cavity light emitting diode. The light emitting diode chip may be an IR LED. The other embodiment of the present invention provides a sensor module having the light source device. |
