摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal matrix composite in which carbide particles are dispersed uniformly by using a liquid phase reaction sintering method comprising: a step for manufacturing composite powder of metal matrix powder/carbon nanomaterial powder by dispersing the carbon nanomaterial powder uniformly into the inside of the metal matrix powder by applying a mechanical milling process after mixing the metal matrix powder and the carbon nanomaterial powder; a step for manufacturing composite powder of metal matrix powder/carbon nanomaterial powder/liquid phase formation powder by mixing uniformly by applying the mechanical milling process after mixing the composite powder of the metal matrix powder/carbon nanomaterial powder with metal powder for forming a liquid phase or intermetallic compound powder (liquid phase formation powder) at a sintering temperature; and a step for manufacturing a metal matrix bulk sintered body by integrating the metal matrix powder/carbon nanomaterial powder/liquid phase formation powder by using the liquid phase reaction sintering method, for generating a metal matrix carbide by dispersing carbon nanomaterial in the metal matrix bulk sintered body in the liquid phase reaction sintering method, and for forming a carbide particle by dispersing the metal carbide with a liquid phase formation powder.
