<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card with a display function, whose display function can be actively driven by a user regardless of the amount of external light. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 1 with a display function includes, in addition to a display part such as a display 31, and a non-contact IC chip 51 and an antenna 52 (a non-contact communication part), a power generation part 6 which generates electric power by pressure or vibration applied to a card body 2, and a capacitor 7 which stores the electric power generated by the power generation part 6 and supplies the electric power to the display part. For example, a piezo element such as a piezo film and a rectifier circuit can be used in the power generation part 6. When the card is bent or is vibrated, the piezo element generates voltage, and the voltage is stored in the capacitor 7.
