<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a medical container capable of securely preventing liquid leakage caused by the generation of a pin hole or the like. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing the medical container provided with side plates 17, 18, a sealed upper end part 5 and lower end part 6, a drug chamber 15 formed inside, and drugs stored in the drug chamber. The method includes: a process for preparing a sheet-like cylindrical body; a process for heat pressing an upper and lower part for forming an upper end side sealing part and a lower end side sealing part in the sheet-like cylindrical body 3; and a process for heat pressing side parts for forming side part sealing parts 7, 8 on both side parts of the sheet-like cylindrical body 3. The process for heat pressing the side parts heat presses so that the thickness of the sheet-like cylindrical body 3 at a side part inner sealing part 72 becomes thinner than the thickness of the sheet-like cylindrical body 3 at a side plate sealing part 71 so that the side plate sealing part 71, the side part inner sealing part 72 positioned on the drug chamber 15 side near the side plate sealing part, and a thin belt-like non-sealing part 73 positioned between the sealing part 71 and the sealing part 72 are formed on both side parts of the sheet-like cylindrical body 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
