<p>A pixel of an organic light emitting display device includes a substrate which includes a protrusive pattern with a first height and a trench region which is formed on a region except the protrusive pattern and has a second height which is lower than the first height, an organic light emitting device which is formed on the substrate, a capacitor which includes a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode, a gate line which is extended in a row direction, a data line which is extended in a column direction across the row direction, a first transistor which is connected to the first capacitor electrode, and a second transistor which is connected to the first capacitor electrode, the power line which is extended in the column direction, and the organic light emitting device. The second capacitor electrode is branched from the power line. The gate line and the first capacitor electrode are formed on the protrusive pattern and overlap the protrusive pattern.</p> |
