摘要 The present invention relates to a hybrid bumper beam assembly with integrated inner stay and towing bracket, which includes an inner stay, a towing pipe and a crash box connected to the underside of the inner stay and uses a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin as a bumper beam, wherein the towing pipe is passed through the inner stay and fitted to the bumper beam, the towing pipe and the inner stay being welded to each other; a towing reinforcement bracket to which the towing pipe is fitted welded between the inner stay and the bumper beam, a portion of the towing reinforcement bracket being engaged between the bumper beam and the inner stay; and an inner stay reinforcement bracket fixed to the inner stay is disposed between the inner stay and the crash box in such a manner as to be fitted to the top ends of the crash box. According to the present invention, the brackets for fixing the inner stay and the towing pipe are integral with each other to ensure good stiffness and prevent the vibration in the linear section, and further, the impact of the bumper beam upon high speed collision can be rapidly and accurately transmitted to the side member, thus providing excellent impact absorbing force and drain function to prevent the erosion of the brackets.
