The vibration device (1) has a horizontal oscillating unit (2) and a stabilizing unit (9) for stabilizing a horizontal center position (8) of the oscillating unit. The oscillating unit is swingably arranged along longitudinal direction (6) and/or width direction (7) of the vehicle. The stabilizing unit is comprised of spring elements (11,12), and a damper unit (13) is integrated in the vibration device.
