The present invention relates to a three-dimensional image display device including a light blocking pattern formed by a phase change ink composition, comprising an image creation part for creating left-eye and right-eye images; a three-dimensional filter layer which is placed on the top of the image creation part and which includes a first region for allowing the right-eye image to pass through and a second region for allowing the left-eye image to pass through; and a light blocking pattern between the image creation part and the three-dimensional filter layer in a position corresponding to the boundary between the first and second regions and a manufacturing method for the same.
