The present invention relates to a power unit state process. In particular, disclosed are a terminal for supporting a power unit state process and the configuration of a power unit state process method based on the terminal. The terminal comprises a power unit for supplying predetermined power; a charging IC for collecting information related to the power unit from a charger; a gauge IC for generating gauging information for displaying a fuel gauge indicating the charging state of the power unit based on information related to the power unit provided by the charging IC and for collecting the power unit charging information; a control unit for controlling the fuel gauge display based on the gauging information provided by the gauge IC; and a display unit for displaying the fuel gauge.
