The present invention relates to an optical skin care device and a method thereof and more specifically, to an optical skin care device capable of developing patterns for various areas of application using a skin condition diagnosis function and an optimum spectrum LED appropriate for each area and managing sensing data and radiation patterns by facial area for precise statistics and a method thereof. In the present invention, the optical skin care device which is connected to a service server through a network includes: a pad which is made of flexible silicon material; a plurality of spectrum LEDs which are arranged on the pad; and a light receiving sensor which measures the wavelength of the LEDs to calculate the absorption rate, the reflection rate, and the reflection spectrum of the skin. The pad has either a planar shape or a curved shape. The device further includes a metal terminal to measure the moisture level of the skin using electric current. The pad manages sensing data and radiation patterns by facial area separately. |
