The present invention relates to a signal generation apparatus which generates a quantized input signal based on the ratio of the media noise and receiver noise of a channel model. The signal generation apparatus and signal transfer system according to an embodiment of the present invention quantizes a signal and generates a signal in a wireless communication system. The quantized input signal is a signal uniformly quantized in a field scale and an input signal representing a linear combination of a signal uniformly quantized in an energy scale based on a predetermined ratio.
