A semiconductor device holder unit comprises a support part, a movable part, a guide part, and an elastic part. The support part supports one side of a semiconductor device. The movable part is arranged on one side of the semiconductor device facing the other side of the semiconductor device to be moved in a horizontal direction connecting one side of the semiconductor device to the other side of the semiconductor device. The guide part is joined to the movable part in the horizontal direction in which the movable part moves to guide the movement of the movable part. The elastic part is mounted on the guide part to provide elasticity for the movable part to make the movable part push the other side of the semiconductor device of which one side is supported by the support part. |
