<p>A foot rest comprising first and second bodies wherein the first body has a leg 12 extending from it which can engage the second body to restrict transverse movement of the first body with respect to the second body. The second body may be a pair of shoes and the first body may be an inflatable or memory foam surface on which a user can rest their feet. Alternatively the second body may be a chair. The leg 12 may fill a void to provide engagement and the first body may be arranged so that it can be rolled up and secured in that position by a strap or handle 16. A removable cover 26 may be provided and a sleeve or pocket 28 provided to receive a users feet. The device may be used when travelling and the footwear may provide additional support for the rest through its high friction sole.</p> |
