<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for filling a gap between the edge of a platform and a vehicle and to a method of assembling an apparatus for filling a gap between the edge of a platform and a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a base structure and a plurality of elongate members having a first end mounted to the base structure and a second end opposite the first end, the apparatus arranged in use such that when a vehicle is alongside the platform the elongate members are pressed together and the faces of the second ends form a supporting surface.</p> |
