PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy device capable of reducing a risk of downtime. SOLUTION: This radiotherapy device includes a bed 10 for mounting movably a specimen, a radiation irradiating part 20 for irradiating a lesion part of the specimen P mounted on the bed 10 with a radiation, and a maintenance management part 30 for preparing an inspection schedule for inspecting the bed 10 and the radiation irradiating part 20, based on preset inspection items and an inspection frequency of the item, and the maintenance management part 30 updates the inspection schedule to an inspection schedule with a higher inspection frequency for the inspection item corresponding to an inspection data, when the inspection data obtained by inspection according to the prepared inspection schedule is within a preset allowance error range, and when a management data based on the inspection data is outside a management range included in the allowance error range.
