PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of increasing the resistivity of an impulse-shaped noise in the case of using a sigma-delta A/D converter, and reducing the current consumption of a circuit. SOLUTION: This signal processor configured to convert a temperature measurement signal into a digital signal by a sigma-delta A/D converter includes means for detecting the central value of a plurality of measurement data of the temperature measurement signal to be obtained by performing high speed sampling by the sigma-delta A/D converter.
