The invention relates to a method for producing a rotor blade (4) for a wind turbine (1), wherein the rotor blade (4) is produced at least partially, in particular at least in the area of a rotor blade root (6), in a main mold (20) designed as a negative mold. The invention further relates to a corresponding rotor blade (4) for a wind turbine (1), to a corresponding wind turbine (1) and to a sandwich preform therefor. The method is improved in that at first at least one sandwich preform (23, 23') is produced, having a sandwich structure made of fiber fabrics (25, 26) and a core material (27) which inserted between the fiber fabrics (25, 26) in a planar manner, and the at least one sandwich preform (23, 23') is subsequently inserted in the main mold (20) and, using a resin infusion method, is connected to additional sandwich preforms (23, 23') inserted in the main mold (20) and/or the fiber fabrics (25, 26) and/or at least one rotor blade belt (8, 8') to form the rotor blade (4). |
