A hammer drill serving as an impact tool is provided with a crank housing (22) that accommodates a crankshaft (20), and a cylinder (32) accommodated in the crank housing (22). Receiving portions (A, B) that receive the cylinder (32) which is pressed rearward are provided at multiple locations of the crank housing (22) in the front-rear direction. At least one of the receiving portions (A, B) is disposed to receive the rear-end portion of the cylinder (32). A portion of the cylinder (32), which is received by another one of the receiving portions (A, B) is a circlip (58) (circumferential member) made of a metal. |
