摘要 The present invention relates to a convector-heating element with thermoelectric power consisting of a case accommodating at least a heat-exchange apparatus adapted for internal through flow of a heating medium and for greater circulation of a heated air. In the case, there are mounted electric appliances such as at least a fan with an electric drive or further electric or electronic control mechanism of the heating medium and/or the heated air through flow, and/or an electronic device adapted for remote wired or wireless communication with a programmable and/or thermostatic device. Further, the convector warm water hearing element also houses at least one Peltier element having its first active surface adapted for being heated by a heating medium entering the heat-exchange apparatus, and having its second active surface adapted for being cooled by air entering the convector. The invention is characterized in that the first active surface (131) of the Peltier element (13) is connected through a heat-conducting connection (1310) to a flat through flow body (130) adapted for the heating medium flow from the heating medium place of entry (1110) to the convector and/or from an access piping (111) of the heating medium supply to the heat-exchange apparatus (11), and mounted in the convector case (10), while the second active surface (132) is connected through a second heat-conducting connection (1320) to a cooler (14), performed as a plate (140) with ribs (141) projection into the space of air entry into the convector in the direction to of the air flow, wherein at the same time the output electrical terminals (15) of the Peltier element (13) are connected to the electric appliances housed in the convector case (10), and namely at least the electric drive (121) of the fan (12), whereby a system of tubes (1111) is mounted in the flat through flow body (130). Said system of tubes (1111) is performed a loop with entry and exit on one side of the flat through flow body (130), and namely on the side nearer to the heat-exchange apparatus (11) inlet (1112). At the same time the inlet portion of the system of tubes (1111) performed as a loop, is located in said flat through flow body (130) nearer to the longitudinal axis of that said flat through flow body (130) is compared with the location of the outlet portion of the system of tubes (1111) performed as a loop.
