<p>The present invention relates to a rotating blade assembly that can be used for a wind power generator and, more particularly, to a rotating blade assembly that can adjust the area of blades in contact with the wind. The rotating blade assembly according to the present invention comprises: a frame having an empty space for passing the wind inside; and a plurality of blades including windbreak parts for opening and closing to pass the wind into the frame or obstruct the wind by sliding along the frame. Moreover, it is desirable that the blades of the rotating blade assembly further include sliding members for sliding the windbreak parts along the frame. The present invention can pass or obstruct the wind by sliding blocking membranes to the windbreak parts of the blades. Therefore, the force of the wind is little exerted on the blades by passing the wind in the process of winding the blocking membranes if a strong wind like typhoon blows. Thus, the rotation of the blades is reduced and damage to the blades is prevented.</p> |
