The present invention relates to a make-up cosmetic composition having excellent gloss and texture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a make-up cosmetic composition comprising: one kind of oil of 0.1-25 wt% selected from the group consisting of dipropylene glycol benzoate, C12-C15 alkyl benzoate, phenyl dimethicone, diphenyl siloxyphenyl trimethicone, and a mixture thereof; and one kind of silicon-based viscosity increasing agent of 0.1-20 wt% selected from the group consisting of dimethicone cross polymer, dimethicone/bis-isobutyl PPG-20 cross polymer, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, dimethicone/phenyl vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, and a mixture thereof. The make-up cosmetic composition can maintain high gloss for a long period of time and a user can feel good texture when using the composition. Accordingly, the composition is used not only for base make-up products but also for color cosmetic products so that a user can let his/her skin appear gorgeous, smooth, glossy, and healthy. |
