The present invention provides a surface processing method for an outer surface of a street lamp pole to include an insulation function and an advertisement flyer prevention function and a street lamp pole using the same and, more specifically, a street lamp pole which includes excellent design for the appearance and long service life and is manufactured in simple processes and low costs by strongly connecting a protection layer including the insulation function and the advertisement flyer prevention function to the street lamp pole. The present invention includes a step of winding a repeated lattice type glass fiber fabric of various shapes on the outer surface of the street lamp pole; a step of coating the outer surface of the street lamp pole to which the glass fiber fabric is attached with epoxy resins so that an insulation layer is formed; and a step of forming a pattern on the insulation layer in a projection method. |
