A first perforated disk with at least two passage openings is held in the connecting piece (2) so that it is sealed and is fixed against rotation. The disk faces the measuring cap admission (3). A second perforated disk which faces the connecting piece (2), is taken in the measuring cap admission, in a sealed and non-rotating manner. The two perforated disks lie on top of one another coaxially and sealing.
