摘要 Disclosed are a transmission control system and a transmission control method for a working vehicle. The transmission control system comprises: a continuously variable transmission configured to include a HTS and a planetary gear so as to obtain a continuous deceleration ratio from the rotation of an engine; sensors combined with the continuously variable transmission to detect the opening amount of an engine throttle, the RPM of the engine, the RPM of the HTS output axis, and the actual speed of a vehicle; a load calculation part for calculating load based on the opening amount of the throttle and the RPM of the engine; a target setting part for setting the target speed of the vehicle according to the manipulation of a driver; and a transmission control part for controlling the continuously variable transmission. The transmission control part sets the transmission stage number of the continuously variable transmission based on the target speed of the vehicle, the RPM of the engine and the load, and receives the output of the sensors combined with the continuously variable transmission as feedback input, thereby recognizing the current vehicle conditions and adjusting the transmission stage number in accordance with the vehicle conditions. Accordingly, the present invention can realize simple and cheap transmission control that utilizes a mechanical engine in a working vehicle without modification and can affect only local functions relating to transmission without needing to optimize the comprehensive function of the whole engine.
