PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid intrusion of a rust-causative substance while preventing spread of sealing materials. SOLUTION: A sealing material 58 is interposed between the flange parts 28 and 40 of a front sub-frame 12 comprising an iron-made material and a rear sub-frame 14 comprising a light metal-made material such as aluminum alloy. A recessed part 42 is formed between the side end face 28a of the front sub-frame 12 and the below-directed side edge 40a of the flange part 40 of the rear sub-frame 14 protruding toward the outside of the sub-frame 12, and the sealing material 58 protruding from the front sub-frame 12 and the side of the rear sub-frame accumulates in the recessed part 42 to solidify.
