PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of enhancing interest while providing a game with certain variations and restraining game player's risk inside an appropriate range. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a profit state generating unit 60 for generating a profit state from acquiring of a jackpot result determined by a jackpot determining unit 63 and an extra-game state generating unit 61, from completion of a predetermined starting condition, for starting a probability variation game state that a jackpot determination probability with the unit 63 is higher than a normal probability. The game machine includes a probability-variation-game-state finish determining unit 66 for determining a probability-variation-game-state finish through a lottery after starting a probability variation game state. The unit 61 finishes the probability variation game state based on a jackpot determination processing with the unit 63 by at least predetermined rounds and on acquirement of a determination result of the probability-variation-game-state finish by the unit 66.
