Disclosed are a driving device of a display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same. Because the first electrode of an optical switching device, the source and the drain or the gate of an active device are formed in the same process, the disclosed driving device of a display apparatus has a simple structure and can simplify a method of manufacturing a device.
