A card payment system and a card payment method thereof are disclosed. A mobile terminal includes a storage part for storing a mobile card issued from a card payment server and a temporary card number of the mobile card generated by the card payment server by time; an input part for receiving a payment request of the mobile card; and a control part which checks the current time in response to the payment request, and requests approval to the card payment server by using the temporary card number corresponding to the current time.
