<p>The present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises, in wt%, 2.5-3.5% of Si, 0.5-1.5% of Al, 0.05-0.8% of Mn, 0.05% or less of P (0% is excluded), 0.0008-0.003% of Mg, at least one component selected from 0.01-0.08% of Sn and 0.005-0.05% of Sb, and residual including Fe and other unavoidable impurities, and satisfies Sn+Sb: 0.01-0.1%.</p> |
