The present invention relates to a peach, coffee, and red ginseng fermented mixture using complex microorganisms and, more specifically, to a method to prepare a peach, coffee, and red ginseng fermented mixture using complex microorganisms, wherein the fermented mixture is prepared by culturing each single microorganism; has improved digestion and absorption by diluting a coffee fermented liquid resulting from the fermentation of microorganisms and coffee; and a complex microorganism cultured liquid and a red ginseng fermented liquid resulting from the fermentation of ginseng which is helpful in proliferating intestinal microorganisms and enhance immunity. The complex microorganism cultured liquid is used to prepare a functional beverage diversifying the flavors and tastes of peach, coffee, and red ginseng and thus satisfying various consumer preferences; and the mixed materials are fermented, thereby improving digestion and absorption and further help proliferate intestinal microorganism and enhance immunity. |
