The present invention relates to a composition containing an anti-acne agent, antimicrobial agent, and lactate, and a use of the same and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for treating acne having pH of 3.5-4.0, which comprises a keratolytic agent as an anti-acne agent; an antimicrobial agent; lactate selected from the group composed of cetyl lactate, C12-C15 alkyl lactate and a combination thereof; and a gelling agent selected from the group composed of a natural gum, a cellulose derivative, a hydrogenated butylene-ethylene-styrene copolymer, and a hydrogenated ethylene-propylene-styrene copolymer. |
