The present invention provides a composition for removing an adhesive polymer comprising: 0.1-30 wt% of fluorinated alkylammonium; and 70-99.9 wt% of at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of a carbonate based solvent, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate (EA), propyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, sec-butylacetate, amylacetate, pentylacetate, isopentylacetate, octylacetate, benzylacetate, phenylacetate, ethoxyethylacetate, methoxybuthylacetate (MBA), propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA), methylisobutylketone (MIBK), di-isobutylketone, heptanone, ethylethoxypropionate (EEP), ethylpyrrolidone (NEP), dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylpropaneamide, dimethylbutaneamide, dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO), dibutylsulfoxide, diphenylsulfoxide, dibenzylsulfoxide, propionitrile, butyronitrile and acetonitrile based on the total weight of the composition. |
