The present invention relates to an LNG fuel supply system which includes a fuel supply line which is connected from an LNG storage tank to an engine; a pump which is arranged on the fuel supply line and pressurizes LNG discharged from the LNG storage tank at a high pressure; a heat exchanger which is arranged on the fuel supply line between the engine and the pump and supplies the LNG supplied from the pump to the engine by conducting heat exchange between the LNG and seawater; and a seawater heater which heats the seawater by using cooling water discharged from the engine. The LNG fuel supply system according to the present invention is able to lower the manufacturing cost of the system since an additional heat source is unnecessary by heating seawater using engine cooling water and making the seawater which is heated by the cooling water supply heat to LNG in the heat exchanger.
