FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: clamp comprises a body 1, having a chute 6, a threaded hole 11 and a hole 7 for fixation of an elastic damper element in it. A plate 2 comprises chutes 8 and 9, made with radii Rand R, and an oval hole 10. The chute 6 is made with radii of curvature of its surface R=(0.51÷0.55)d, R=(0.43÷0.53)d, R=(0.52÷0.56)d, where d- maximum diameter of a wire or a rope from the group of the ones installed in the damper with the plate 2 of smaller radius of the chute 8, d- minimum diameter of the wire or the rope from the group of the ones installed in the damper with the plate 2 of larger radius of the chute 9, d- maximum diameter of the wire or rope from the group of the ones installed in the damper with the plate 2 of the larger radius of the chute 9. Centres of radii R, R, Rare arranged on an inclined straight line 12, stretching in parallel to the longitudinal axis 13 of a threaded bolt 3 and at the angle ?, equal to 12° to 25°, to the horizontal plane. Internal surfaces of chutes 8, 9 are arranged along the radii R=(0.505÷0.55)dand R=(0.51÷0.56)d, the centre-to-centre distance A is accepted as equal to A=d+d+d+(0.5÷3) mm. Surfaces of the body 1 and the plate 2 in areas of transition 15, 16 from one plane to another one are made according to the radius R, the thickness of the frame body 1 in the place 17 of bolt 3 installation is equal to n=(1.1÷1.8)d, the plate 2 in the place 18 is made with thickness of n=(0.95÷1.4)dwith a ledge 19, height nand width B=(2.6÷3.5)d of the bolt.EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness during manufacturing, simplified and facilitated assembly on overhead power transmission lines.7 cl, 7 dwg |
