The present invention relates to a device and a method of monitoring a battery contact point, which measure a contact resistance between a contact terminal directly connecting batteries for charging and discharging in a device charging and discharging secondary battery rows connected in series and a circuit part by self-diagnosis. The present invention recognizes the good or bad condition of the battery contact point in advance during a short time before charging and discharging without adding a separate precise measuring device. Therefore, accidents are prevented, costs are reduced, and productivity is improved. |
