A mobile terminal and a message transmission method using the same are provided to transmit only data to be changed in a transmitting terminal through an additional message and combine and display the data with the format message in a receiving terminal, thereby reducing transmission times and size of a message. A user inputs data necessary for an empty field category in a message format after displaying a specific format messages(S105). It is determined whether a format message transmission command is input(S106). A controller produces a message comprised of only a file name of the format message and data inputted to each category configuring the format message(S107). |
