FIELD: textiles, paper.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drum type washing machines in which the vibration reduction is achieved by using auto-balancing devices (ABD) of passive action. The washing machine comprises a housing in which the washing assembly is suspended elastically, comprising the coaxially located washing tub and the drum. The lateral surface of the drum has longitudinal curves representing the ridges facing inside of the drum with the convex part, at that the drum zones between crests are perforated. The rear wall of the drum is connected to the crosspiece by a hinged device, and the crosspiece itself is attached to the shaft transmitting rotation around the horizontal axis. The elements of the crosspiece are located above the crests of the drum and by means of the plates are attached to the hollow metal ring located along the front wall of the drum, while forming a rigid frame. The auto-balancing of the drum during loading, washing and wringing is achieved due to elastic chambers formed by the elements of the crosspiece and the inner surface of the ridges interconnected by elastic elements. The elastic chambers are filled with working fluid and are looped to a single sealed system by means of a hollow metal ring.EFFECT: providing a low level of vibration of the drum type washing machines during the centrifugal wringing of the articles, simplifying the structure of the drum and improving the use of technology of its assembling, reduction of overall dimensions of the washing machine.3 dwg |
