FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation and can be used for quick-release connection of flexible elastic pipelines. Flexible elastic pipes with cylindrical collars being connected are made of rubber-fabric materials with metal inserts in the collars. At the ends of the pipes against the collars, movable cone pressure rings are placed. On two pivotally connected parts of the split ring, cramps are rigidly fixed and equispaced along its diameter, which cramps have grooves arranged symmetrically relative to symmetry axes of clamps and made in the form of equilateral trapeziums with larger bases at the outer sides of the cramps and side faces taper equal to taper of pressure rings. All the cramps are installed with a possibility to be enclosed by side faces of adjacent pressure rings taper surface grooves when parts of the split rings are clamped, as well as with gaps between trapezium smaller bases and cylindrical surfaces of the abutting collars.EFFECT: simpler structure mounting and connection manufacturing.3 dwg |
