FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: in the method of ceramic proppants producing that includes grinding of source charge mixture, formation of granules and their baking the latter is performed in two stages - at the first stage preliminary baking of raw proppant granules takes place at a temperature of 700-950°C, thereafter baked granules are treated by saturated water solution of inorganic salt of lithium, potassium or sodium or their mixture and at the second stage final baking of granules takes place in order to reach the maximum strength of the granules.
