Disclosed is a method of adjusting a transmission time interval (TTI) according to versions of the present invention, which includes: obtaining a system resource usage condition; determining whether a user satisfies the TTI adjustment requirement according to the current TTI of the user and the obtained system resource usage condition; and adjusting the TTI for all or some of the users satisfying the TTI adjustment requirement.
