FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body (1), a gear rim with teeth (2) and a pair of annular end face patch pieces fixed on the wheel body and the teeth edges. Each patch piece is compound and consists of two annular patches adjoining each other in the radial plane of the wheel. The patch (3, 4) set in the teeth edge zone is made as a loading one providing for bending stiffness of the teeth. The patch (5, 6) set in the zone of the teeth roots and the wheel body (1) is made so that to provide for creation of lubrication pockets in the teeth gullets.EFFECT: optimised design of a gear wheel and lower material consumption.1 dwg |
