The present invention relates to a jig for pin core discharge. In the past, a pin core has been taken out from a die plate using principles of levers or a striking method through an up and down motion, which has difficulties to take out a pin core accurately in perpendicular based on the die plate, and has problems of generating wound on the outer diameter of the pin core or damages on the corner. The jig for pin core discharge according to the present invention is able to take out a pin core to the exactly perpendicular direction based on the die plate by taking out a pin core in the method of closely adhering a fixing member to the die plate, screw-assembling a moving body to the fixing member, inserting a core body into the moving body to combine to the pin core, rotating the moving body through a rotator, and linearly moving the moving body and the core body. |
