The present invention provides a virtual cosmetic surgery method using a three-dimensional virtual cosmetic surgery device. According to the virtual cosmetic surgery method using the 3D virtual cosmetic surgery device of the present invention, 3D modeling efficiency can be improved by performing 3D modeling of a user′s face through: a face shape information extraction step performed through the steps of extracting a face region, extracting a central point of the face, extracting a face outline, and extracting facial depth information; and a facial 3D modeling step performed through the steps of loading a depth image, generating a mesh data, matching 3D, correcting a facial 3D model, and mapping texture.
