The present invention relates to a system, for monitoring the operation state of a security CCTV, which comprises a CCTV operation state monitoring device for determining if a CCTV device operates normally or not and outputting CCTV operation state information; and a CCTV state checking terminal for performing short distance communication with the CCTV operation state monitoring device and receiving the CCTV operation state information. According to the present invention, the CCTV operation state information, which is wirelessly transmitted from the CCTV operation state monitoring device, can be quickly and easily understood through the CCTV state checking terminal around a street light or a security light on which a CCTV device is installed without climbing up the street light or the security light in case of abnormality or failure of the CCTV device. Therefore, the CCTV operation state information can be automatically checked by passing a car, which has the CCTV state checking terminal or has the CCTV state checking terminal installed, through the CCTV device. |
