FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to machine-building and is intended to implement an antilock function or to prevent sliding in pneumatically controlled breaking systems of vehicles. Diaphragm valve with a diaphragm (5) of elastomer to control a locking element (6) of a seat. The diaphragm (5) is installed between a body (1) and a cover (3) and made capable to be loaded by means of a pressure control chamber (2). The latter has an overarching support contour (8), to which the top surface (9) of the diaphragm (5) flat-adheres in an open state of the locking element (6). The overarching support contour (8?) of the cover (3?) begins immediately at a passage between a seal flange (7) and the diaphragm surface (9) and in the longitudinal section runs along radial lines without edging to the edge of the central attachment hollow (10) for pressure control. From the side of an undersurface (12) of the diaphragm (5) a ring-shaped support contour (13) is provided which is formed by means of a supporting ring (14) installed with form closure from the side of the body (1). There is a vehicle pneumatic braking system antilock valve made in the form of the abovementioned diaphragm valve.EFFECT: set of inventions is aimed to improve the diaphragm valve operation reliability.8 cl, 2 dwg |
