The present invention relates to a swine leukocyte antigen (SLA)-derived polypeptide that a T cell indirectly recognizes through a human HLA, to a nucleic acid encoding same, and a method for using the same. The SLA-derived polypeptide of the present invention actively suppresses the bond of HA_306-318, which is an influenza virus-derived peptide, to the human HLA-DR4 so that the SLA-derived polypeptide can be evaluated as a peptide having a strong antigenicity represented through the HLA-DR4 molecules. Accordingly, the peptides of the present invention induce a peptide-specific CD4 T cell reaction or induce the production of peptide-specific regulatory T cells, so that the peptides can be used to suppress the rejection against heteroimmune responses. |
